Affordable Communities Group, LLC (ACG) is a privately held real estate investment company focused on manufactured housing communities in the Southeast and Midwest. ACG was founded in 2005 and currently owns 41 parks totaling around 5,800 sites.

We are long-term holders and are always looking to improve the communities we own while maintaining affordable rents in each local market.
