Affordable Communities Group, LLC (ACG) is a privately held real estate investment company focused on manufactured housing communities in the Southeast and Midwest. ACG was founded in 2005 and currently owns over 40 communities totaling just over 6,200 spaces.

We are long-term holders and are always looking to improve the communities we own while also keeping rents below the local market averages.

Communities are listed in Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Wisconsin. ACG RV appears on the current site as a secondary listing.
