We offer affordable manufactured housing and RV communities in Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Wisconsin. We strive to improve the communities we own while maintaining affordable rents.
We specialize in taking over poorly run communities and rehabbing them with our ACG playbook – tearing out old homes and bring in new ones, repaving the roads, putting in a new playground and/or soccer field, enforcing background checks, and partnering with a local charity to provide activities like “Resident Appreciation Day” and “Spring Clean-Up Day.”

- Bring your current home or move into one already in place. We offer a variety of different sized lots that fit your family’s needs. Our lots come with your own yard and driveway.
- A fun, safe community. We do not tolerate misconduct in our communities to keep them safe for all residents. Most of our communities also come with amenities for you and your family to enjoy, such as playgrounds, sport fields/courts, pools, and more! (Check with the specific community for more information on amenities.)
- On-Site Management. All of our communities have a dedicated manager who is there to meet your needs and help create the best living experience for you as possible.
